Captain D's - West Knoxville

Brian had excellent customer service! I ordered the Butterfly shrimp tonight.

I've been going to this Captain D's for years and my last two visits were terrible. At first I chalked it up to maybe just a bad day but today was absolutely terrible. The fish is way over cooked, not fresh, and I had to wait forever in the line. For some reason my fish is spicy?? What?? To the owner, you need to step in and make some changes, quick.

Service was fast on the drive thru window. Food was hot and very tasty. I have been to other captain d's that were not as good this one was great.

Most expensive place I've ever ate. Literally could have ate at a steak restaurant for cheaper. Got a 3 peice fish meal cost me 14.75. charged me for the sides and the drink extra. Not sure why they call it a meal if u have to pay for each side and drink.

Although there was only one employee working, I had the best experience when I ordered today and I will definitely be back for the stuffed crab!! Delicious Sarah was very professional and for her to be the only one there I didn't have to wait no longer than I normally do and tbh the food was cooked to perfection!!!
