Never forgiven them for refusing to make me a pizza when it was twenty minutes till closing time. No explanation given, just a flat out no.

I waited over an hour for a 12 inch pizza and 2 cans of juice at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived cold. When I called to complain, I was told by the takeaway that they were busy and they would leave a message for their boss. I don't think it's fair for people to pay for food that is not up to standard and not be offered a refund. I mentioned that my kids had already waited long enough so I didn't want a replacement. If the restaurant is busy, they should hire more drivers or deliver the food straight to the house to prevent it from getting cold. Overall, it was a waste of money and I will not be ordering from this place again.

The service at this restaurant is absolutely awful. It took over 2 hours for the delivery to arrive, while most other takeaways manage to deliver in 45 minutes or less. I would recommend avoiding this place. It's a shame because the food is actually quite good.

We arrived for a short stay in Alexandria, rather taken aback at the lack of restaurants, but found this as the ideal takeaway option. We were impressed by the wide- ranging menu and the food quality, value for money and friendly, efficient service were all excellent. Recommended.
