Quiznos - West Des Moines

This place needs an update, the containers holding food look old and unsanitary. The company needs to help this place. I purchased the Lobster Roll. Really bad, my dog refused it. The ad hanging outside showed large chunks of Lobster... what I received looked like ground cat food and tasted and smelled nothing like any kind of fish. Sorry guys, wish I could be more upbeat. The service was great! Staff friendly!

While the sandwiches here are good the customer service is insanely poor. Both the employees working and the manager are always so rude. They barely speak one word to you when you order and they never ask if I’d like anything on my sandwich before wrapping it up. Based on others reviews I know I’m not alone in this, I think corporate needs to take a look at this location and make it a more welcoming sandwich shop!

Miss the Quiznos in my area so stopped at this one. Customer service was lacking, felt like I was being a bother just ordering food. Sandwhich was ok. Soup was extremely salty, couldn't even eat it. Not sure I would go back to this location.
