Shakey's Pizza Parlor - West Covina

Kinda disappointed this time ? Waited 35 minutes for order to be properly given to me! Didn't have Chicken bites, they substituted but my pizza got COLD while waiting for chicken to be done! Mojos got soft not warm at all! No bueno this time!

Pizza was made wrong and under cooked. My family and I were very disappointed.

This place is severely understaffed and lacking; I only count two people, a cashier and a cook. The pizzas were overcooked and dry. The noodles are overcooked and soggy. The mojos are dry and brittle. The chicken is dark and burnt.While I understand the staffing shortage, I think the management needs to help and assign more staff to this location.The food is hard, dry, and grease.The presentation was terrible, they cooked it way beforehand and left it out.

Buffet to expensive pizza was dry burnt and flaky on the bottom no low sugar sweetener used picnic paper plates to thin barely could hold the food.. salad bar not alot of veggies we will never go there again and we will never refer anyone to go there.. best buffet place and not expensive is on arrow hwy and Azusa...
