My boyfriend loves the popcorn chicken; he insists that it's made from high-quality meat and comes in generous portions at a reasonable price. As for me, I like the fried tofu, although its quality can be hit or miss. Some days it's perfectly crispy, while other days it's a bit soggy. When it is soggy, you have to be really careful when taking it out of the bag; otherwise, it might tear, and all the tofu could fall out. When I do order the fried tofu, I always ask for a couple of containers of sweet chili sauce on the side, which really enhances the flavor. The drinks here are consistently well-made and delicious. My favorite is the taro milk tea with grass jelly, and they are very generous with the toppings. They also blend the drink thoroughly, which is not always the case at other locations. I've been coming here for several years now, and the cashier has taken the time to read my name off my card, so she calls me by name when I arrive. It’s a small gesture, but it makes me feel valued. Like every Quickly, they have a stamp card reward program, but each card is unique to the specific location—stamps from one Quickly cannot be used at another, further proving that each branch has its own character.

I stopped by to grab a popcorn combo and was quite disappointed. There were only 7 pieces of popcorn chicken included, and it cost nearly $8. I won't be returning!

I was in a lot fast and many of them had very rude employees terrible customer service but this location is so far my favorite because employees are very friendly and in any case have good customer service... manager was really nice
