Chili's Grill - West Covina

We called a day in advance, also a few hours before our reservation. when we arrived there, they refused to sit down, but allowed other parties to sit in front of us. the host was very rough, and the manager refused to come out. sa feb 5th 2022 @2pm.

Good experience, but They did inform us that happy hour prices are only in the bar and not at the restaurant side and told us that we couldn’t walk to the bar to get our drinks and come back (even if we pay cash at the bar). Not really sure why there’s that rule.

Had the rib-eye steak, was excellent, and a bowl of chili and that was great too. Excellent service

Haven't been here in long time. Had some gift cards and the food I ordered was the same as before delicious. please don't ever change your chicken crispers ill be back.

The food was good, although we ordered a side and it never was delivered to our table. The waitress was ok and attentive.
