My son found 3 small brown hairs in his waffled. very unprofessional and discussed. they have done everything to solve problems we will not eat at this place anymore.

My son found 3 little brown hairs in his waffle fries. Very unprofessional and discussing. They didnt do anything to resolve out problem We will not be eating at this location anymore.

I love chick fila and have been coming to this one for a while. I’ve never had a problem with the service until I went today and one employee working the drive thru was just incredibly hostile and rude. I opened my drivers side door to empty a drink out I had sitting in my cup holder, and she immediately began screaming at me. She screamed “no, no, no” from afar, so being unaware if she was talking to me or not, I closed my door and stopped. She then came over to my car and proceeded to talk to me like I was a child and told me that I can’t pour my drink out right there, because one of the employees might trip and fall. Well, 1. I was pouring the drink onto the road that cars are driving over, so I’m not sure how you’re going to trip and fall on that. 2. I didn’t have a problem with you asking me to stop, but I didn’t understand why you felt the need to lecture me as if I were your child and speak to me so rudely. I’m not sure what the woman’s name was, but she was working drive thru and I do not think she was a manager.

Took about 10 minutes from entering drive through till order received. This was right between lunch and dinner about 2-3 o clock on a Friday. All employees were punctuate, attentive, and helpful. Order was correct. Quality of food on point as it normally is given the particular expertise of cuisine. Could've used a few more napkins. They should really scale up their portion of fries that comes with the combos. Seem too get more; for cheaper, at other restaurants chains. I order a 12 count nugget combo and my experience was great. Thank you very much. Will be back. God Bless Chick-fil-A.
