Mcdonald's - West Babylon

I’m puzzled as to why this McDonald's hasn’t undergone a complete management change and why all of its employees haven’t been replaced. My experiences there have been anything but pleasant. Every time I visit, I encounter rude attitudes and dirty looks. There’s always some issue, whether they refuse to serve certain items or only accept cash. It's becoming ridiculous. I understand it's not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but when I'm wasting gas to go there and get something, it’s frustrating, especially since this happens far too frequently. I feel it’s important to warn other potential customers about this.

My "crispy" chicken sandwich arrived more raw than crispy. I understand it was late at night, but the lack of care in preparing it is disappointing. I'll continue ordering from you, but this experience was really frustrating and unacceptable. I could even consider taking action if I were to get sick from it.

I can't understand why this place doesn't have a more straightforward ordering system; it's quite confusing. However, they do serve food quickly. I mean, it’s just burgers and fries! I've been eating here since I was five, and my kids love it as well. They must have made a fortune over the years!

L I just wanted to say the young black man who usually works at night at weekning around 1 o'clock (he's big and sometimes wears a denim jacket) he is so fast and efficient he needs a definitely raise every time when I come, the line is in the regular Saturday evening, the line is in the extremely long, but he always deserves his appreciation of what I can see definiti!

The personal is very nice and accommodating. space is large inside with many tables to sit, also quite clean. the food was hot and tasted like it should. would come back to these mcdonalds.
