Great food. Great service. We were really fortunate to have stumbled upon the place.Their delicious food is cooked to order and comes with a bowl of rice already. The portions are generous and didn't take long to arrive. The signage outside still says Bahay Kubo, but inside is the big Familya Kusina sign. The place is neat and bright. I liked the display of baked goods that they are selling too packed ready to go.Highly recommend their halo halo for dessert.
Homey feel with food made to order. The wait per dishes was worth it. I could tell that the entrees were meticulously crafted. The lumpia was perfectly crispy. My entree of sweet spaghetti enticed my taste buds. The pancit was perfect texture. I recommend this location.
Looking for a Filipino restaurant in the AC region we first stopped at Jade to find they are now only a Pinoy supermarket with 2-3 hot dishes to go. Quite the opposite at Familya Kusina. They have a full menu, very friendly table staff/service, and complimentary karaoke which they didn't have to ask my wife twice if she wanted to use. I personally liked their lumpia shanghai the best, my wife the pork sotanghon and we all enjoyed the pancit bihon. If I I find myself back in this part of NJ I would definitely return.
I finally got to visit this filipino restaurant yesterday. I've been craving some pancit and lumpia. It was delicious ?. I ordered takeout so while I waited for my order to b cooked the hostess was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely b going back.. I shared my food with friends and they loved it too.
