Restaurant bewertenRude staff. Two employees saw me and walked away without saying anything to me. Finally they decided to help me. The lady that helped me actually rolled her eyes when she was forced to help me! Blatant rudeness and wasn't trying to hide it. Then later shewas doing an interview. At least the food was fresh tasting.
It's time to share my experience: I visited Burger King store #5672 at 6746 W Greenfield Ave. Yesterday, they gave us the wrong order. When we called, the manager said we could come in anytime to get a replacement order. Today, when I went to the counter, the employee refused to honor the promise and claimed they had already served us some food. I would not recommend eating here unless you enjoy having your money taken from you.
Never understood how hard it is to get a correct order when you go through the drivethru. I thought maybe it was 1x or 2x an accident but every time I come here someone fails my orders. It?s ridiculous I hope these people are getting poor wages becausetheir work is awful here never fails.
I ordered from Burger King through DoorDash and unfortunately, the food was delivered cold and incorrect. While the fries were still hot, my deluxe chicken sandwich was ice cold and missing all of the toppings, even though I didn't make any changes to the order. This was my first time craving Burger King in months, but after this experience, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon. I want to clarify that the DoorDash driver did a great job delivering the food quickly, so it's surprising how cold my sandwich was compared to the fries.
The new melt sandwich at this restaurant isn't even toasted. It took them 3-4 minutes to help me at the drive-thru, and I almost left because it was dinner time. The girl repeated my order 6-7 times and still got it wrong. This place is awful! They should close down. Shut the doors!
