Out of 10 times we order at the drive thru 9 the order is incomplete

Order was wrong, service wasn't great, food was terrible. Cold, dry and old.

Many choices of good food. Quick and accurate service.

Staff was not paying attention to either drive through or dine in orders. They were all just standing there when we came in and stood at the counter for almost 5 mins before they greeted

I’ve been waiting in line now for 35 mins for my fast food. I tried to place two orders and was told they could not except two orders through the drive through. I pay and was then instructed to drive around again behind two other cars so tell me how this makes since? If you need time to fire the chicken sandwiches have me pull over to the side and run it to me like every fastfood restaurant. They would be a four star with the food but the fast food drive through service was trash.
