Red Skillet - Wellsboro

I regularly go for lunch for her premade/grass and go salads that are always 10/10. But my husband and I also went here for a date night dinner this weekend another 10/10 experience. The food was delicious with good portion sizes, and the same for our cocktails and Craft Beer option. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Overall a great date night place. We will definitely be back!

BLUF GREAT FOOD, cozy atmosphere, quick and friendly service! We visited from the city and after we have a hard core appetite of mountain bike, we decided to try Red Skillet (and use the Wellsboro Bucks from the Bear Meadows Lodge). Front cute cozy ambience, good social distancing enforced, and friendly customer service. As far as the food, I have the Portobello-Pilzburger (comes with runny eggs and pesto) and it was DELICIOUS. Ar first, I was surprised how small it is, but it did a great job to fill me! I have one side of the well-rated Broccoli salad, great flavors and texture! I tried the local beef burger of my husband and MAN to taste the beef!! Great job getting your beef, Red Skillet! The only thing that would impress me is if they decided to use more environmentally friendly food containers/conveyments.

It was an impromptu lunch. Good location delicious food. Measured parking, but a quarter will be an hour, so it is not a barrier to enjoy this place!

Recommended: The Armor Dog. Bacon wrapped hot dog with pulled pork bbq, Koleslaw and corn chips. Perfect meal after a hike. They had ~4 outdoor tables and a small selection of beers.

This place was fantastic! Quite the selection of beers, excellent food with high-quality ingredients, and a cheesesteak that was totally unique! Shout out to Angie for the excellent service!
