Quality Inn - Weeki Wachee

Pool was closed when we specifically asked when making reservations if pool was available. Room was clean.

This hotel was definitely showing its age in the rooms. All of the furniture belonged in a children's school. Or I got a room specifically designed for smaller people. I will say that the towels were newer which I was very happy with.

Horrible! Was there about 3 hours and got up to get something out of the refrigerator, and I noticed that like 6 cacaroaches came out from behind the carpet baseboard trim. I then called the front desk and they said that all they could do about it was to come up and spray bug spray down (horrible customer service, btw) ...no refund, of any sort.Thennn...they never even showed up to spray said bug spray!!

I was placed in a room that reeked of cigarettes, and they even took my driver's license and a deposit in case the smell caused damage. The walls were dirty, the bathroom was unclean with leftover soap from the previous guest in the shower. After lodging a complaint, I was moved to a different room.

The rooms are beautifully clean and simply stunning when all appliances are working properly. It takes a while for the showers to get hot, but overall, it is a very good and quiet place to stay.
