Restaurant bewertenService was too poor, staff is very rude and Jasleen Kaur is being so rude on drive thru, I just ask to add 5 timbits on window, being so rude, refused to add it because she said my timer is going on! Very bad customer service!
Ordered a coffee and the egg bites around 6 am, coffee was wrong, egg bites were ice cold in the middle, I was at the window for 5 minutes but I guess it wasn’t enough time. They re made the coffee correctly and gave me money back for egg bites.
The worst tim Hortons branch. I need a manager to call me. Always do not pickup the right order , always cleaning the machines as an excuse to decline a latte of espresso, always rude behaviors. Better to close it if you do not wanna
I have a restaurant in next plaza and Tim Hortons is one of my favourite. Anytime you need coffee or Bagel in drive thru , you won’t get what you order. The staff doesn’t listen or take orders properly, they make you rush while taking order. As soon as you reach drive thru window, on one hand they have machine n other hand is food. As soon as you pay the staff is ready to throw stuff on you. Pathetic service, losing Canadian service benchmarks
People dont even care to cater you, when asked to please clean the table it was dirty, the lady said why all the tables are dirty…, they will clean it when they have time.Such a disappointing answer and the people just ignore you, dont even bother to talk your order.And this is not just for once, it happens all the time.
