This location has really strange parking. It's probably one of the worst parking lots I seen at a Starbucks. It's always busy. Very hard to find a spot. The staff are friendly and for the most part get your orders right. The washrooms have security codes on them which I think is weird. If somebody needs to go to the washroom, let them go to the washroom. It can't really be in line with the brands principles to force a person to not use a washroom. Generally a clean spot for how busy it is

I was there today, bought 2 coffee and a lemon loaf and paid $1 tip. But I forgot to take the loaf. Then I went back, explained, even described the person who was at the cashier, but they just made me standing there and when I mentioned there is a baby in the car, they said they have to check !? So cheap, did not they see a customer forgot what she paid for!? why would someone go and lie for something so cheap!? Very disappointing

I used to be regular customer at your location, but not anymore as your head office has Pro Zionist agenda when it comes to Palestine...shame on you for the genocide of Palestinian people

Everytime I go to this location something dramatic happens. My order is painfully simple and it is always screwed up. I don't believe in writing really nasty reviews because it can really impact a business negatively. But it is so mind blowing to me that I probably go to this Starbucks maybe once a year, and everytime I go there the service is bad and my order is always messed up.
