Restaurant bewertenThe lunch special is really good. The fish is fresh and crispy. The portion of fish is right. I tried the poutine which I think it is good too but the portion is a bit of too much and was not hot enough. The sweet potato fries are also great! We also ordered the clam chowder soup. The soup tasted ok but it is too thick and was not hot enough. Overall experience is still good.
Love this place. The first time we tried wad during lockdown and it was good but the fries weren't as crispy as I like them. Ended up there again by chance last weekend and simply asked for the fries to be well done for my poutine. That did the trick. The poutine was absolutely delicious, the fries nice and crispy, the gravy was very tasty and the cheese curds had the perfect amount of pull. The fish was also delicious. Will definitely be eating here again.
Costumer service is so good, the meal is awesome, but the place is super neat and clean, WOW!!
Best Fish and chips in town! As a long time customer of Caz's Fish and chips, I started going here for the $8 haddock fish and chip lunch specials...now I'm hooked! Flaky, fresh , thick, tender piece with fresh cut chips. Having travelled to Edinburgh Scotland and London for fish and chips, the haddock fish and chips holds its own. It's definitely not London style though, more like Scottish style. But still delicious. Tartar sauce is provided, but any true UK fan knows it's not required. Get this fish n chips! Update 12/21/19: I think I got food poisoning there. Was sick for a few days, but otherwise it's usually pretty safe. Going forward I will always ask for my fish to be cooked a little bit longer
Order the Fishermans Platter, good for 2-3 adults.....includes Halibut, Haddock, Scallops and Shrimps. Cooked just right, melts in your mouth without that excess oil aftertaste. The Poutine had generous servings of every ingedient.....love the gravy most of all. Comfort go-to for seafood and chips. Service is awesome!
