Papa Johns Pizza - Waynesville

Avoid this restaurant at all costs! Do not waste your money here. They are unreliable when it comes to making or delivering food. This has happened three times now. I called the business for help, but received no assistance.

I cannot tolerate managers who belittle or speak disrespectfully to their employees, especially in front of customers. Despite being a long-time customer, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Employees who show up should be appreciated, not treated poorly.

We ordered online and were given a 33-minute delivery time (Sunday afternoon). However, the order arrived one hour and forty-six minutes late. The pizzas were cold and soggy, and one of the pizza boxes had its lid on the cheese, which had now become cold. When we opened the lid, everything stuck to it except for the crust. We ended up throwing the entire order in the trash. We had ordered from this restaurant once a week earlier, but their quality has significantly declined in recent years. We will not be ordering from them again, as both the pizza and service were terrible. Beware! We do not want a refund or a free voucher. Even if they delivered the order for free and paid us to accept it, we would still not order from them again.

Great place always great pizza. we have 2 of the new yorker pizzas in the other night. the taste was good, but it is not a new yorker style pizza in no way different than they can fold the disc. the taste is good, but tastes not like pizza in new yorker style. it's too small. it is just a thin xl pizza with sauce and its choice of toppings and no real naked edge. a real new yorker disc is twice as long and twice as wide.

This is the third time I have had the same issue with this location. I ordered and the app said the pizza would be delivered in 40-50 minutes. I checked the tracking app after 60 minutes to see the status of my order. It showed it was being prepared. I called the store to ask about the time of delivery only to be told it was now a 2 hour delivery window. Unacceptable. The lady that answered the phone had zero customer service skills.
