Restaurant bewertenLove this place! We couldn't decide if we wanted to go to Smoky Mountain Roasters or here. We chose Smoky Mountain Roasters, but as soon as we were there, we didn't go in. We thought Nah, let's try the other one. Sooooooooooooooooo glad that she had bad Kurb appeal! When we went to Panacea, we were blown away! This is EXACTLY what we had in mind for the perfect coffee house experience. It has a very cozy feeling, but it is HUGE inside. From the outside it looks like it's small. Coffee is also amazing. I had the Ultimate Mocha. Delicious! I can't wait to come back to my next visit to the mountains! Beautiful outer surface on the back of a brook for warmer weather days.
Awesome Coffee/Depressed Barista 's. The Coffee is absolutely amazing. Very spacious floor with awesome tables. Perfect for laptops, studying, or just chattin it up. HOWEVER, I think the entire staff had either swallowed a bunch of downers or didn 't sleep the night before. Just looking at them made me sad which is not what are you supposed to feel after you drink coffee! I 'd visit again, but I definitely won 't tip and won 't expect a smile from anyone.
Absolutely delicious! Enjoying a very tasty blended mocha latte while perusing their awesome sandwich menu. This is a not to miss spot!
Variety of Coffee!. If you are traveling in North Carolina, Panacea Coffee House Café Roastery in Waynesville, NC is definitely a place to stop by and buy coffee or lunch. I really appreciate the service of this coffee House Cafe because the service made me feel at ease. The chicken sandwich I got was not only delicious but also well prepared. It tasted like homemade chicken and smelled fantastic. In my visit to North Carolina, I came across this shop unexpectedly. I realized that North Carolina has a rich history but without its shops like Panacea it would lose its spice of tourism. They have a variety of sandwiches, meals and specialty drinks. Above all, I like the way employees in this place put on new gloves for each customer. That saves a lot of infectious diseases. On top of that, what I found wonderful about this place is the art. The artistic decorations on the wall revealed the background history of NC and Appalachia for tourists. I am definitely sure that you will be satisfied with the service, information and comfort you get in Panacea. I encourage you to go try it yourself.
Simply said it is everything I could ever want in a coffeehouse. Great coffee. Friendly staff. Good music. Only problem is they are not open on Sunday.
