Restaurant bewertenThis was the worst sandwich and soup ever hardly any meat soup was spilt all over cause the just put plastic wrap over it no lid and the manager is extremely rude.
If you appreciate good customer service, professionalism, and basic communication skills, don?t go here. We went to get subs for dine in, the woman behind the counter said the words, when it 's ready, we will bring it out to you. We got a table and yelledto her we were stepping out the door for a quick cigarette, literally in plain sight from the front window. 5 mins went by andwe came back in and sat at our table. 5 minutes go by and we see people come in after us and walk out the door with their food.We get up and go by the counter waiting, looking for our food, we don 't see anything so we sit back down. 10 minutes go by, weget up again and check, the woman behind the counter even asks us to look out the window to see if the event has clearedup...still no food. We sit back down. 15 minutes go by...and we finally ask the woman how much longer on the subs and withouteven looking at us, she says we were outside so they gave away our subs to someone else. She was very rude about it like weshould have know better. She didn 't apologize but was real sarcastic when they offered to make the subs again FOR FREE but wewould have to wait until all the orders that came in while we were waiting to be done...even though THEY gave away our foodwithout even letting us know. I wasn 't going to agrue over how they choose to do their business. So we left. They clearly needthe money if they need to rip people off like this. Put a sign up, since verbal communication seems so difficult for this shop.K thanks.

If I could give them zero I would. Ordered last week and was on hold for 15 minutes. Got there and the girl behind the counter was fighting with someone on her cellphone. Then I hung up and called back. The phone then rang she said to her cellphone call well I have call you back Umm...yes please. She made me wait for the call- to the business. Since it was myself I waved my phone and explained I waited for 15 minutes. She proceeded to say she had a big order. Then she told me she didn 't know the rules of gluten free and cut herself earlier so could only use one hand. This evening I figured we would give them another try for pick up. Roy answered and after spelling my name 4xs said out loud shut up I can 't hear her to take this order! Then proceeded to tell me Door Dash does my orders. Again, I explained I would pick this up. Roy was so confused that he transferred me to the rudest customer service individual. She refused to give me her name and told me I wasn 't in the system and maybe just order when her boss was in. Then proceeded to hang up. Well you have lost my business and anyone I talk to. My Husband was on this call and actually corrected this customer service individual and her response was no your rude .
After seeing the absolutely disgusting pictures and videos shared online of the food prep, walk in cooler and kitchen area of this location there?s really nothing they could do to win my business back! Absolutely gross! ? Management should be fired for not doing their best to keep the health wellness of their customers as their first priority!!!
