I believe this is the best gyro place in town. Prices are unbeatable at that.

Staff was not as friendly. person that took our order did not understand so I ended up paying way more than I wanted to.

Go here almost every week for tacos. Some of the best fries as well. Great gyros and burgers as well. Great place to go when you can't decide on what type of food ya want.

Got the lamb and beef gyro for lunch with baklava and was very disappointed. The meat tastes solely like hamburger meat with about a full onion cut up on top. The baklava tasted like cardboard and I couldn’t finish it. Sad outcome since I was super excited for some Greek food!

Always a good dining experience at Athens. A little quieter the day after July 4, but still a churning crowd, so sat at the bar. Chicken lemon soup is velvety rich. IMO, the lightly battered crust on the cod and perch fish fries ranks as one the best in and around Madison. Tried the GF bun (wrapped in foil but it could have used a little more butter or maybe a dipping oil, but its probably not a frequently ordered item. A great selection of rotating taps and a fully stocked bar (Old Fitgerald on the top shelf! . Tried the Little Guido and it came with a little too much ice. I would order it again neat or with one cube. French75 was refreshing. Will be back again. Cheers!
