Outside waited for the employee open at 10:15 when the sign said 10@m good to foot to the restaurant asking for salat surprise she said with not serving salate? now is supposed to place for salate well asked to wrap, she was not really prepared with tools to serve? more better customer service training
This subway is ugly sign says open til 9pm they closed around 7pm wow bogus. Do not eat here. online has never ordered my food. refund and complain to companies in any case
This place is so unprofessional. I got their at 8:55 which is five minutes before they open, and their employee was barely pulling into the parking lot. So I walk in and she tells me that she needs 10 minutes to turn on and get the register system up and running. Ok so I come back 10 minutes later and it’s still not working, she asked me what I wanted as she got her food prep station ready. I guess the toaster oven wasn’t ready either so we waited on that also. Finally she makes my sandwich, in total I spent 30 minutes in there because your employee clocks in 3 minutes before you open knowing she needs time to be ready to serve people once you open. Plus since when is it okay to have a baby in the back? This lady had her two year old son sitting by the register. Also their coupon scanner wasn’t working that day and they had a sign saying they weren’t accepting coupons for the time being, how convenient. I wonder how long it’s been “broken”. Very unprofessional all around, no wonder so many subways locations are dropping like dead flies.
Not Good cervice , Only one Employe worck in side and 20 minutes waiting for one sandwich , sandwich Making also not good????
