Five people working there. Five. And not one person would speak to us. You have to order with the kiosk, then they make your food/coffee, and they acted like it...

First walking in Dunkin no one greet you! The employees look mad and irritated! The cook come out the kitchen with gloves on touching everything ? a young lady...

They totally messed up my order, went n explained what was wrong with it, they said they was going to fix it just to get it wrong

We havnt done dunkin donuts before. Only game in town for lattes or mochas thats open later in afternoon.

They spent so much money on the remodel yet the wait is still ridiculous waited in line for 30 min while everyone was doing drive three and one guy on the count...
