Mcdonald's Restaurants - Waterloo

I most often come for the coffee WIFI, so I can't speak for the food. The coffee is excellent and they have enough power outlets available if you sit in the right place.I do have a complaint about the male bathroom. The toilet is often dirty and sometimes broken, and it can be in use for long periods. If they could make both bathrooms unisex that would help, but I'm not sure if the local residents are ready for that.At 11:15am the high school has lunch, so it gets very busy during this period and you can sometimes hear the table person scolding the students, and I don't blame her for it. They needed block off part of the restaurant's seating during this rush, apparently because of the misbehaviour that can happen in the back corner, so its best to avoid 11-12.

When when we received our oder, we were missing fa order of fries, missing a McDouble and the meat on my Big Mac. Who makes a Big Mac without the patties. Plus the food was completely cold. It took only 15 minutes to get to us and the food was cold.This is the second time they have screwed up our order, and it will be there last time!I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.MCDONALD'S HAD GONE DOWN HILL FASTNever again!!!!!

I was there tonight Sept 2nd 2023, I did drive-thru for my order. When I got to the window the person wasn 't there, he was near the kitchen talking to someone, he was slowly walking back to window to read my order. I said stop socializing and get to work , he said he was talking to his manager.! Do that on ur own time! Customers are waiting.. I paid for my order, before I drove away he went back to the kitchen and told his manager what I said, and smile, pointing back as for what I kinda saw. I got to 2nd window, got my drinks, and manager popped up and starting to look at me, smile, give me dirty looks etc. Like, have you never seen someone who has cancer before??? You shouldn 't be working there if your gonna judge someone through a drive-thru!!!Not impress and definitely not happy with service specially with drive-thru if your employees are gonna judge ppl on how they look etc.

This McDonald’s is almost always busy, so don’t be surprised if it’s loud or hectic inside. They do have some nice seating though! There’s ketchup dispensers and drink machines so you can get as many refills/condiments as you fancy!

Enjoy your burger with HALF slice of cheese! That's not how you cut costAnt don't forget to play with the flies wandering around you!
