A&W Restaurant - Waterloo

Ordered from the drive thru but they made me park and wait, which I don't mind. But they forgot my drinks and chipotle mayo with my fries when they brought my order and I didn't notice till halfway home.

We usually go through drive-throughs, but the day we went, we had a bit of extra time, so we decided to eat inside the store.The food was awesome; there were no complaints, but in regards to the cleanliness, I would give it a zero star. The tables were dirty; there were no napkins. There was a stack of trays that had garbage, food, and glasses stacked up. The table we sat at was not wiped down (same with the rest of the available tables). We had to request a cloth, and someone did come from behind the counter to wipe down the table. The food was overly salty and service could have been more friendly when serving.

Went here in the morning to get some burgers. Was told by the very rude drive thru employee that they don't serve burgers in the morning ... they serve breakfast and burgers all day). Finally agreed to make two burgers... we had wanted more.Food quality was terrible

They managed to disappoint me every time. Food is terrible.
