What an amazing experience. There is literally nothing that can be faulted about our dining experience tonight. Such lovely attentive waiting staff, fabulous food and very reasonable too. It was for my son’s graduation/birthday celebrations. They treated him to a glass of bubbly for his grad and a birthday dessert with a lit candle. All without being asked to do it. I cannot recommend Everett’s highly enough. We will definitely be back

Top class experience dining here. Excellent food and service in a pleasant and cosy restaurant. Very well looked after by manager Johnny and deputy manager Shannon, both very knowledgeable (which is what you would hope for but don't always get) about the content of their dishes and make up of the cocktails. Highly recommended.

Everything from start to finish was superb, the staff are so welcoming , the food was outstanding , cannot fault any of it, if you’re looking for high quality food in Waterford this is your place, our highlights were the crusty baguette , fillet of beef , nougat glacé and the cheese board.

Excellent lunch. Outstanding food. Beef was esecially good. Very good and attentive service. Looking forward to next visit.
