Restaurant bewertenPit stop at a wine vineyard on the way to Montauk is a good idea. I guess it is off season now so not a lot of people on Saturday plus I get there early. Even it in September but the weather is still very hot. We get wine testing course $16 each not include some snacks. Live music on, poor puppy is so hot but they have cold water so it help a lot. Nice sipping wine and see peaceful view.
The staff was very friendly and super helpful and informative. It's a nice place to sit back and enjoy some live music on the patio while tasting some delicious wine. Definitely reccomend.
Vine is great, but sorry what is your attitude? The lady at the register treated us like we were not welcome at the vinery. Very rude service. In the end she yelled ‘Hey guys, let’s go’, wrapping up our visit. Will never go back
My family and I stopped here on the way to Montauk recently. We spent almost $300 and as the cashier was ringing us up (the second time) I asked if I could please get a glass of water. I was told I could BUY a bottle of water. There was another woman employee standing there at the cash register who also pointed to the fridge that held the water bottles that were for sale. That's a crappy way to treat any customer but especially ones who just spent a small fortune in about an hour and a half. There are SO MANY other wineries we can visit. Clearly we won't be going back so it's their loss because I'll tell my friends.
This is one of my favorite vineyards to visit in the Hamptons. The wine is good, and the atmosphere can't be beat. Such a beautiful place to spend an afternoon.
