Restaurant bewertenMy 14 year old was ecstatic with an independent sense to walk here, after receiving a coupon in the mail he cut out with intent to use.He came home upset that he spent $25 on two sandwiches and Gatorades, after this store told him that he can 't use his coupons there.. because the coupon machine wasn 't working.Like, you guys couldn 't manually adjust purchase? I 'm not happy about this. I keep calling, but the phone just keeps ringing.A lot of his high school peers give you guys business, you didn 't have to do a kid like this.
I just had a foot-long club and a foot-long tuna delivered. Delivery was not the problem the problem was the food. The bread was hard and there was barely any protein. I will not repeat not be ordering from subway again not to be delivered especially from this store in NoMa.

I went back today and the manager wasn't there. A young lady, after interrogating me about why I didn't return it last night, called the manager on the phone. He also put me through uncomfortable questions and I felt like a criminal. I'm very well paid. I don't want anything free. The young lady offered me another sandwich but I'd just bought lunch and I showed it to her. I want my money back and I'll never eat there again. THE ABSOLUTE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Oh! The young lady offered me cookies. In other words, u could get a another sandwich and cookies but no refund.
