Steak 'n Shake - Washington

Black Friday, place was full. I have space as fast as they could wipe a table, and the waiting staff came directly to us and got our drinks. I thought it would take a while for our food (not a table open), but it has us fast, and it was as good as it ever was. Bravo for a great staff with a stressful day!

I had a great visit to Steak 'n Shake! We wouldn't have asked for better service. You were very busy with Christmas buyers. My grandson was upset with his burger because it had all the condiments on it and he doesn't like mustard onions. He saw Catsup Senf on the table thinking the burger was easy. The server immediately took his record back, had his order new. We had a happy boy! Thanks Steak a Shake!

I eat at Steak N' SHAKE Washington Missouri all the time.... And I eat Steak and shake my whole life and I am now 62 years old And now I have my three grandchildren who love to go!!!! You need to ask for Amiee or Terri (they are the best servers from all)

New layout, place your own order on a touchscreen (not a fan, too many people touch it). Everything after that is great! No touch Even serve drinks, then sit down. You call your number and your food is on a tray for easy pickup. Eat in time. Would be nice to have electronic reading board to secure the voice that calls your number. Simple waste disposal and people who circulate the room took our empty tray. I would have missed her fries. Don't go through like food.

Really nice and clean place to eat. No more servers or someone to cash you out, instead you order and pay at a kiosk then what for your number. The Steakburgers were on point and it was an overall great experience. I am glad Steak and Shake did not go out of business.
