Ihop - Washington

Five of us were seated immediately. Our server, Zane, was fast, friendly and remembered our drinks and food orders perfectly. The manager, Sergio, came by to check on us and was very friendly and easy to talk to. All in all, our experience here was excellent and we will definitely return.

Excellent service, our server zane was great, very attentive and has checked in our table when we need something. I'm bringing a lot of water because I had crocheted on the orange juice I'm okay) the extra mile for our table for ketchup. in any case back in the opposite.

Ihop finally has their all you can eat pfannkuchen special back we haven't offered it since covid. they work there very hard because they obviously have only short staff, just like many other restaurants nowadays. However, they really do not notice because the service and eating are still great. Moreover, it feels good to support our local restaurants, especially eating affordable comfort! I recommend to stop by.

It wasn't great. Our waitress was basically doing everything while everyone else stood around. She was great and did her best. The floor was sticky, dirty. Food was overcooked and pancakes were hard around the edges. At one point I felt the staff was bickering (kitchen staff, and front end. We have been here before and it was much better (service and food I'm aware it's hard to find employees rn. I give overall 3 stars but our waitress was a good one I give her 5 stars..... believe the receipt said Abigail was her name.

My wife and I walked in on Saturday morning, veterans day, no greeting, noticed one person cooking one waitress, the waitress was telling the cook how to make the red white and Blue pancakes. We looked at each other and walked out. So I am sure they are nice people but understaffed. But we just was not comfortable about staying there to eat. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
