Millie's Cookies - Warrington

I recently visited the restaurant and ordered a salted caramel cookie. It was freshly baked, and when I inquired, Martine informed me that she had baked them herself and emphasized how fresh they were. She had impeccable manners, and I hope to have her as my server again in the future.

The service was very fast! My drinks and cookies were delivered quickly and the two girls working that day were very friendly. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend going there!

My sister and I visited Millie's Cookies on Sunday, October 2nd to grab a treat on our way out of Golden Square. I have never had any issues with the service before, but on this occasion, the woman who served us was incredibly rude. The way she spoke to us was unacceptable. I have worked in the hospitality industry for years, and I know that is not how you should speak to customers. Despite the fact that they were running low on some items, which we understood, she snapped at us in a way that shocked me. The girl had curly reddish/brown hair and long bright blue nails. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I was truly taken aback by her rudeness. However, the cookies we purchased were still delicious as always.

Such a lovely experience going for a cookie on Sunday. The two lovely girls really made my day brighter. I will definitely be going there again, plus the cookie was delicious.
