Tubby's Sub Shop - Warren

Previously a 4 star rating but I will never return now. I am allergic to onions, my sub was covered in them, I called the next day, she took my name down said to come back anytime and I would get a new sub. I went in today and was told my name was never written down and tough, he wouldn't help me. So I will never go back. Liars don't deserve my money.

Ordered the original steak& cheese ask to sauté my onions extra, got a large meat was dry onions were raw very little sauce it was absolutely horrendous worst sub ever. Worker was rude.

Tried 3 different times to get Xtra lettuce n paid for it but doesn't have hardly any at

This review I feel is long overdue. I've been living in the area for the past few years now and we would frequent this location because of its proximity to us We have always received excellent service, everyone who has greeted and served us at the window has been top notch. They actually WANT provide great service to you and they made us feel that they were genuinely happy to have us as customers.

Been here twice. Horrible the first time and the second time. Only went here twice because it's less than a half a mile away but trust me, drive a couple extra miles and go to the one on Gratiot. Smells disgusting when you walk in the door And everyone working there including the owner I believe just looks miserable and have miserable attitudes. Food literally taste the way it smells when you walk in the door. Disgusting. It's one thing to be cocky if you're good, and I usually don't mind that but to be cocky and have a dirty smelly place of business, I'll pass.
