Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I ordered some ice cream and found a fly in my cup. I requested a refund, but was denied by the staff. Disappointing customer service, so I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge.

I had heard that Zaxby's had the best Cobb salad, but I was wrong. It was the worst salad I have ever had. There were no tomatoes, everything was soggy, and the toast was dripping with something unidentifiable. I paid $11 for a salad that I couldn't even stand to eat. Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this place. 1 star.

I ordered the 10-piece traditional wings in Zaxby's regular hot buffalo wing sauce for the low price of $12.99. I love buffalo-style chicken wings, and Zaxby's is still my favorite place for them. I recently tried Chik'n Beer on 23rd Street in 405, and their gochujang tossed wings were perfect. They are tied for first place with Wingstop for me, as they both have deliciously seasoned wings that are fried to perfection. Unfortunately, Zaxby's fell short with their unseasoned and unimpressive wings. I would not recommend them if you're looking for delicious chicken wings.

I found a hair in my eating! I almost cooked and couldn't finish the meal. also the sandwiches were somewhat overpriced for the taste.

Ordered two meals in the mobile app, went to drive-thru to pick up, the guy at the drive-thru said he couldn’t give me the order through the window and to come inside and get it off the pickup shelf. I have a recent a knee injury that makes walking painful and difficult, which is why I went to the drive-thru. I asked for a refund since I couldn’t receive my order through the window, the guy laughed and got the manager on duty, the manager said I had to physically go inside the restaurant to process a refund, there were no other customers in the drive-thru so I don’t know why that was necessary. If I can’t come inside to get my order why would I be able to come inside for a refund? It wasn’t worth the pain it would’ve caused me to walk inside, so I left without getting a refund or the food I paid for, and went to chick-fil-a up the street.Also, in the mobile app, under the FAQ section it states that you can pick up a mobile order inside OR at drive-thru, so someone needs to inform the employees at this location…
