Starbucks Coffee - Warner Robins

They messed up our drink so all we did was ask if the woman charged us for what we wanted or did it differently. Well the other woman that was working making the coffee that I was not speaking to walks up doesn?t say a word snatches the drink walks over to the sink and pours the coffee out. Honestly if you hate your job so much find somewhere else!!!! And I?m sure she knows who she was? The other woman was very kind though just thought I would put that out there but I don?t recommend here!!!

Service here is not good. It is understandable if employees are stressed but this place was not busy when I stopped by I started with ?Hi? than stated my order. Instead the guy stated ?Hi how are you? condescendingly as if I had just not greeted him. He did not initially hear me greet him but:.... is that really my fault? Not everyone on this planets is rude and deserves to be treated as such. Based on other reviews it looks like ppl have had a problem with same guy. Looks like someone might need to either humble himself or is in need of an attitude check. The other Starbucks with the drive through on Watson is much better. Employees are always kind and respectful. won?t be coming back to this location! less /customer for you guys!

Normally the service here is great but my last 2 trips the one employee was more worried about what was going on in her social media life then helping the customers. I understand it's hard to find help but she couldn't put her phone down long enough to even ring me up.

Love visiting the Starbucks inside of Kroger because it makes grocery shopping more tolerable. Even if you don?t need to shop, it?s nice to stop by this Starbucks kiosk and see friendly faces and get excellent customer service. The manager, Chris, is awesome and extremely knowledgeable on all things coffee!

I go out of my way to get coffee from this Starbucks location. The staff is super friendly and my coffee is always perfect. The manager, Chris, is very helpful and a joy to talk to.
