EXCEPTIONAL! The food was unique, savory and flavorful!

Noise level was unbearable . Food was good, but I would not recommend eating there unless you went at off hours.

This restaurant is way too noisy! Adding some sound-dampening decor would greatly improve the dining experience. Having a conversation here is difficult.

We adore Gustazo - the food is fantastic, the cocktails are interesting, and the sangria is excellent. However, there are three consistent issues: the noise level is incredibly high, drinks take a long time to arrive (sometimes even after the food), and it can be difficult to get your server's attention due to being overworked. Despite these shortcomings, if you're not in a hurry and just want to relax in a fun atmosphere with delicious food, Gustazo is a great choice!

First visit and first time in s Cuban restaurant in Boston. Gustazo was an excellent experience.
