Restaurant bewertenBeen going to this Sheetz for a good bit now and will continue to do so. It's well lit, has a wide selection of snacks/drinks and of course amazing employees.
Clean, well lit, good selection, friendly staff, Ryan liked the Grill food too. We usually drive past after practice, but stopped in. The staff offered suggestions as I looked around the soda selection. Ryan got a burger and fries. The fries werebetter than many of the fast food places we stop at. Nice spot to sit if you wanna dine in. It does enough business that it hasa drive through. No EV chargers that I saw. Would stop in again next week.
Racist manager named Ashley carded me(black man) for tobacco but not the white man in front of me who bought a carton of cigarettes! When I asked her for her supervisors phone number, she gave me the wrong number. When I went back into the store,because I never drove off, and I told her that this is the wrong number. She admitted to me that she gave me the wrong numberjust so I could leave, in front of her employee?s! This lady is a perfect example of a Karen, she is definitely a racist personand she should not have a managerial position of power. Especially with minorities under her! She is unprofessional by sendingher employees to spy on me when I was calling the corporate office from my car in the parking lot. She was telling them to comespy on me using the drive thru headset to communicate about me calling corporate! So she used company equipment for her personalreasons. I have pictures too as proof! This was a terrible experience for me 6:00 in the morning?!!!!I am an pastor, companyowner, single father and I feel greatly disrespected by her biase actions towards me.
I've been here 5 times in the last month and I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but every single time my order has been wrong. I'm not exaggerating- it's every. single. time. Either sauces are forgotten or they give me the wrong sauce. Food isoften missing from my order. I haven't gone back in yet after noticing the errors because they're always extremely busy when Igo in, but if this happens again I will be complaining and asking them to correct it. I've worked food service before and I'vedealt with busy times so I get it, but employees should be trained to handle lunch and dinner rushes without screwing up everyorder. The bathrooms are also really nasty and apparently people there don't know how to flush a toilet. There's always femininehygiene trash all over the floor instead of in the designated can. I get that it's most likely rude customers doing so, but thestaff should keep up with cleaning better.
My family, friends and I always make a late night run through the drive-thru and tonight was just icing on the cake! We ordered, could barely hear anyone on the intercom and when we drove up the cashier girl seemed out of it and unfocused. She took a fewminutes to get our drink and then when handed our food she sat it down and said it wasn?t ours and left for over 10-15 minuteswe decided to call the sheets a gentleman answered and said he will be right back to see what?s going on the girl returned tothe window seemed annoyed and gave us the food that was sitting at the counter?. The guy never came back to the phone? Customerservice really needs to get better! An apology for the mixup would have gone a long way or in the very least keep your customerposted on what?s going on? I can understand busyness and short staff but not rude service and someone who doesn?t want to bebothered! Should we take our business elsewhere??? We are servers/bartenders and the customer provided on a nightly basis isjust unacceptable. Please fix it!
