I went to this Waffle House last week for the first time and I was very pleased with the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and the restaurant was clean. The scrambled eggs with cheese were delicious and the sirloin steak was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be coming back to this Waffle House soon.

Food was good. Wait staff were extremely nice. My only issue was there was a young woman working that had waist long braids that were not put up, the braids kept touching the waffle makers and the counter. Extremely unsanitary. Could easily touch toilet, floor if she bent down. Corporate has been contacted. It is definitely a health issue.

Subpar service. Staff is not attentive. Takes forever to get a drink, order, food, and the bill. Do not go unless you like waiting. Waffle House used to have decent wait service. It has severely declined. Avoid at all costs until every last option has been exhausted.

Worst customer service experience ever. Racism at its best!!!
