The whole experience was terrible from the initial phone call to place our order right through to eating (or at least trying to) but then it got worse!! Firstly we had incompetent person on the phone taking the order, 2 hours for the delivery to turn up in our street only to be delivered to the wrong house. After chasing down the down the order (that included having to chase the delivery driver in our vehicle to catch her). Food was then substandard some (including chicken undercooked) and some over cooked and inedible. Very little of our $188 order was edible. I attempted to do the right thing and I contact Deb via email to let her know of our experience. Initally she was responsive and advised of different events that may have contributed to our terrible service and meals. Then offered a refund and asked for credit card details to process the refund. I sent that through and then NOTHING. She completely ghosted me no refund and no response to my email. Would not recommend.
