Subway - Waimanalo

This saltwater shopping underground is terrible. it looks as if the owners only talk about the money and not about customer satisfaction. no sandwich of the day etc.

Just amazing, fast heart felt customer service every time

Was there late at night,the sweet lady came out with the best subs,we got 5 foot long,So good.

I always go to this subway even though I live in Hawaii kai. The staff at this subway is always friendly and polite. However, today experience was totally different. The guy who work there (owner's son) was very unfriendly, unprofessional and just rude... seem like he didn't wanted to be there... that's the 2nd time he fix our sandwich and both times bed experience... also, didn't get chips with our sandwich... might have to look for new subway to go or go back to Hawaii kai subway...!!!

This huge international chain offers lots of choices for big sub sandwiches. My favorites are tuna and salami.
