Special Events At Four Seasons Maui

Room was great. We ended up with a club level so as long as we remained at the club it was easy to get great service. The service was difficult, called the front numerous times and ask for things that would take an hour to get to the room. I think because this hotel is so busy it's hard for the staff to get things done like a regular four seasons. I stayed at a few dozen four seasons around the world and all of them gave a different experience than this. We found this to be not only overpriced but we were also told early on we would have a credit for five nights that we never received and the person at the front counter on the way out certainly didn't make our check out pleasant which I was surprised that after spending an enormous amount of money and not really asking for much back. Was kind of classless at the end during checkout so walked away even more confused.The only other issue is how busy the hotel is, but some of the staff in areas such as the pool area tried their best.Sort of feels like a four seasons that would be a cross between Miami, LA and Vegas.Overpriced, crowded, understaffed unfortunately and some of the staff as explained during checkout clearly don't know how to accommodate someone that just spent the kind of money you spend when you stay at and ocean front suite at the four seasons. Again a lesson on how other four season five star resorts do it would probably help them immensely.The views are beautiful, the beach is beautiful

Wow, this resort is just incredible. The location, views, service, food... everything. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a blast. We spent the majority of our time at the Serenity pool which is breathtaking. Cannot recommend a stay here enough. I highly recommend booking the complimentary outrigger canoe experience. So much fun diving into the ocean and learning about Hawaiian history.

We had an amazing family vacation, everything was great and the people that work at the hotel are all very nice and helpful. Giving it 4 stars because there were roosters outside of my room that woke me up everyday at 4:00 am. And when I asked to change room they didn’t really do anything g about it, they just offered me some earplugs. Make sure to ask for a very silent room far from the roosters.

While I enjoyed my overall stay here for my amazing honeymoon, room cleaning service was severely slacking. I had previously stayed at other location of FS and room service was always squeaky clean, attentive and amazingly attention to detail. Room service here multiple times were not cleaned properly, we noticed the toilet was not wiped and cleaned, there were still stain marks on the toilet and hair of previous guests on the hand towel when we checked into our room.The resort’s beach was absolutely phenomenal, we spent most of our times enjoying the beautiful nature Maui had to offer.

I absolutely adore this hotel! The location on the beach is fantastic, the staff is amazing, and the rooms are equipped with some really cool extras. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the hotel layout offers stunning ocean views. Additionally, they offer rentals for paddle boards, snorkels, and more. Overall, I am a huge fan of the Four Seasons Maui! Rooms: 5/5
