Arby's - Wadsworth

I like to frequent this location on my lunch break and usually use the drive thru. The service is horrible. Many times I have approached the speaker and the worker will advise they will be right with me, then proceed to forget about me. The service is absolutely horrible at this location that I will driver further north and frequent another location. I've reached out to the store on multiple occasions, but nothing changes. EDIT: I want to add that about a week ago I went through the drive thru and there was a very pleasant woman working who took my order promptly and everything went very smooth. Then yesterday 10/10/23 I went to the drive through and ordered a double roast been and a small crinkle fry at about 11:45am. The woman asked me to hold on a minute as she had to check something. She came back and said they only have enough roast beef for a classic sandwich! Arby's, who is known for their roast beef, only had enough for a small sandwich during lunchtime rush! She asked if I wanted that and I said no. If that is all they had I would have gotten all the shavings scraped off the slicer. I couldn't believe it. PLEASE READ IF YOUR A TRUCKER: I came here thinking it was going to be a fast service boy was I wrong. The female manager here just needs to quit and find something new. She just gives up and sits down in the lobby when she messes up my order. I had to wait 15 min for food I didn't get another 5 mins of my life wasted to get my money back from some kids she leaves in charge when things get over whelming for her. Service: 1

We met Carlos inside this Arbys and his customer service was outstanding. Not only did he have a friendly demeanor but he was very quick to help us order food even with multiple customers inside. Thanks for making our experience enjoyable man.
