The Mix Cafe - Waco

Cute, little, place with big sandwiches! Piled High Ribeye melts in your mouth and sweet potato fries to point. Ranch could be better (guest is bottle of hidden valley), but this is a simple fixed childdos also enjoyed their fries and cakes.

This is one of the most overlooked, well done restaurants in Waco. It doesn’t have a nice interior, but it’s comfy, and the food more than makes up for it. So the prices are a bit high, but everything on the menu is worth trying. You will always find something you like, and even things that may not look good end up tasting wonderful.

Found this place on Google maps just looking for somewhere fairly healthy. When we drove up saw it was in a tiny little strip center we wondered if it would be good. But, you never know- sometimes a little dive can be great. Well this place is definitely worth a try! Friendly staff- EXCELLENT food although the furnishings are simple it 's clean, comfortable and pleasant. I will definitely come here again when in Waco!

The staff was friendly and the food was very yummy! I had the stuffed avocado with salmon highly recommend! Reese was lovely!

This is a wonderful, restaurant. The salmon salad I had was fabulous, and I would have paid much more for it somewhere else. Healthy, flavorful, and large serving.
