Subway - Waco

I had some difficulty placing my order through the app, but when I called the store, Pamela was there to assist me. She was friendly and had a wonderful attitude. I work close by, and my colleagues and I frequently visit this restaurant. We consistently receive excellent customer service, and we truly appreciate it!

The sandwiches may be prepared the same way at any restaurant, but what truly sets one apart is the service. Many staff members are navigating their own challenges and may feel overwhelmed by their responsibilities. So, I believe it’s important to be patient and friendly with the workers, as they are doing their best!

The restaurant is beautiful and clean, offering great service and excellent food. A special thanks to ID 2811. Our sandwich was absolutely delicious!

I had problems ordering on the app and when I called the load pamela gladly helped me out. she was friendly and had a great job. I'm working close and my employees and I'm coming here often. we always get an excellent customer service and we appreciate it!

They still had breakfast for dinner. he had flying; but they kept eating as much as possible. the soaking machine was the worst. I literally left out and tried up to 4 different aromes that were all terrible. it needed either a kind of maintenance done. nasty. the load was a register card warm; I'm in the regular freezing. yes. will not go back long.
