Restaurant bewertenWe love Fazoli it is a great place to feed our five children. We don't have them home in The Woodlands. So when we travel, the kids are always looking. This was our first visit at this point and they did not disappoint. The staff was friendly. The food was good. The breadsticks were many. The bathroom could have been cleaner. But I'm sure they're still short.
Went in to purchase some food for my daughter and no one was helping at the front. Waited a little bit and then someone came up and said everyone needed to get out of the store immediately. Not sure what was going on but thankful they said something. Still, no one coming to help me or even acknowledge me was very upsetting. Maybe a future visit will be better but honestly not wanting to try again based on the lack of acknowledgement.
Person taking our order needs more training! She doesn’t know the menu, she loou at us like she had no idea what we were ordering. Asked for baked spaghetti no meat balls; got spaghetti no sauce and a dab of cheese! Yuck
This use to be a great place! Not so much anymore. The floor was dirty when I walked in and more than 11 tables were dirty (I have photos) when I went to find a seat. I went and got my drink and forgot my order number. When I went to the counter, they told me that they would bring me my food but gave me a number anyway. Thirty-five minutes later they brought the man at the next table his food and then they immediately went back to the counter and called out my number. When I inquired as to why they didn't bring my food, with their backs turned, they said they were busy. Meanwhile, they weren't doing anything, but talking to each other. It definitely wasn't busy enough to have more than 11 dirty tables throughout the dining room. I contacted the corporate office. Let's hope they contact me.
I used to come here alot and it was always great. Not so much lately. The ice machines in the lobby never work. If they had handed me the cup with ice already in it, and told me to come up for more if needed and that the ice makers weren't working, I'd be way less irritated. I watched several patrons walk up and try both machines with dismay. And the bathroom was basically a sauna. At least add a fan. Be proactive and show people you are trying. The food is still good. That's it.
