Starbucks - W Touhy Ave Lincolnwood

I love this Starbucks on Touhy! They always get my order right, it’s so clean and peaceful in here AND the amazing barista Danica was so kind she gave me my drink in a size up! Their customer service is amazing here and they work really hard because they’re on it! I love this location ??

I have been at the Starbucks on Touhy Ave. in Skokie twice lately and the cashier is talking with her coworkers, having fun and completely ignoring me at the counter while I waited patiently until they are done with their nonsense and ask for my order. At one point one is waving at the parking lot area to talk to a coworker coming to the store. All while I am waiting. No tips both times from me. These are very young girls who have no idea what customer service really is. Managers, please train them properly. I have daughters that age who work in retail companies and don't ignore their customers. Please acknowledge your customers right away. I am spending my money from now on at my local Starbucks.

Tried to discuss w customer service first to resolve this issue but they were no help (chat and speaking to actual human on the phone). Went through the drive thru today and barista was unfriendly then gives the wrong order (some sort of latte) in the correctly labeled cup but it was for sure not the gingerbread chai that I ordered. Unfortunately, we were headed to an appointment and unable to turn back when we realized the mistake. This is the third Starbucks I’ve had an issue w lately where they are rude and can’t get the order, yet the drink is expensive and they expect a tip. Sticking to local coffee shops from now on.

I use to go here because its on my way to work but not anymore. Recently the drinks have been terrible!! Either new untrained folks or folks who are sick of their job and dont care. Im going to the starbucks by marianos from now on. I gave this locatipn 3 chances and they sucked every time.

I usually don’t have a problem with this location but this morning I go and order a pumpkin spice latte and Nancy tells me to give her a second, then comes,back and proceeds to ring me up for a regular latte adding all the things that already come with a pumpkin spice latte, when I told her I want a pumpkin spice latte she yells and says it’s not on the menu, so I left and told her I refuse to pay 4 extra dollars for a coffee I get on a regular that I pay less than what she was trying to charge at the moment very disappointed.
