Even if not completely vegan, this place is a sky they have a wide selection of vegan lunches, and OH, the cakes they serve! Elo Pärl was a very pleasant discovery of South Estonia. Besides the café there is also a small shop. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is beautiful. Recommended!
