Had an incredibly long time, although I ordered for the collection. good pizza then

Ordered number 8, it was a joke! : Worst pizza I've tasted I think! It was comically bad! : Took 2 bites and then I couldn't take any more. The lady took number 13 and it was good. Reply to owner: I think it was left in their warming cabinet too long. Called 16.08 and asked for it to be ready for collection by 17.00. Was picked up around 17.10. Then it was perhaps fried straight away and left for about 45 minutes in the warming cabinet.

Delivery times should improve! It takes too long if you pay for delivery, it's not fair that they take a long time. I placed an order at 1:00 p.m. and it's 4:35 p.m. and it still hasn't arrived? I would understand if it was free but if they charge you for delivery then it shouldn't be like that!

That service doesn't even deserve a star. An hour late, probably would have been more if we hadn't called several times, dry and cold pizza.

Absolutely terrible service, the pick up time is constantly being changed and we don't get our pizza. I find this completely unacceptable and have not seen the merits of such an amateur arrangement. The time increases by 5 min every 5 minutes. I'm hungry
