Mcdonald's - Visalia

Terrible hash browns mushy and greasy!!! Couldn’t eat them.

The worst place my food was undercooked. We had egg shell in our food. The service was super bad.

The worst customer service. Waited 10 15 minutes in the lobby, was long enough, just to be ignored. One employee came and put a new cash drawer in the register, and also ignored us. Finally the couple in front of us left, we left shortly after.

My 3rd time going here this month. My orders are consistently wrong, missing something or have long wait times in the reserved parking... not sure what's going on with the staff in there but looking at other cars Parked next to me, they seemed pissed off and even seen them walk a bag back into the store. I use to work for McDonald's for 2 year as in 2007...I don't recall giving our customers these crazy wait times, nor making them park for an order like it's a common thing...it shouldn't be...

Every single time you go in to their Lobby there's never anybody to take your order never anybody to talk to you if you have any problems and they take forever to make your food it seems like they prioritize the drive-thru I personally don't like going through
