Kfc - Virginia Beach

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I was in an empty restaurant, waiting at the counter for over three minutes without being acknowledged by the staff. When they finally noticed me, they seemed uninterested and asked if I needed to place an order. One employee even openly discussed my impatience with their colleagues in front of me. The restaurant's cleanliness also left much to be desired considering the lack of customers. The management and leadership were clearly lacking in efficiency.

The customer service at this establishment is absolutely abysmal. The manager is rude and lacks basic customer service skills. I will not be coming back to this KFC. I understand why it only has a rating of 3.8, and honestly, that's too high in my opinion.

This is the second most disgusting restaurant bathroom I have ever encountered, the first being in South America. After seeing the filth and unevenness in the empty dining room, I couldn't bring myself to order a meal.

You know what this was the best smelling store the bathrooms was clean even the floor where they work clean this was the best chicken that I ever had in min the two young ladies in there was so polite had a smile on there face these too young ladies hook it up I am a proud father say say I will be back

I've never seen this guy before in the drive through but whatta great guy, got me all my food fresh and when I asked for alot of bbq he gave it to me I appreciate the good service
