Restaurant bewertenWe went on 11/20 around 2pm or so. We sat at the front waiting for someone to seat us for about 20 minutes. There were plenty of empty tables. The people behind us finally just left because they were tired of waiting. When we finally sat down, it tookanother 15 minutes for someone to ask us about drinks. Over the course of our meal, we probably saw 4 or 5 groups of peopleleave because no one ever came to the front to greet them. The waitresses were not acting in a hurry to help anyone. When wefinally got our ticket to leave, no one ever came to pick it back up. I had to go to the front and ask the bus boy for help.Literally the worst service I've ever seen.
Poor quality of food cold and barely warm and we waited for a hour to figured it would be fresh with that long of a wait. Save your money go somewhere else
While this location is good, despite long wait times, it seems like they have decided to take away the tracker when ordering online. This means that you go to the store when your eta is and you still wait.
My only complaint was that we wanted a sampler appetizer and they were out of onion rings. We asked if we could substitute them for something else and our waiter said that they weren't allowed to substitute items.
One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Left the pickle off as asked..loaded it with what I wanted.
