Stopped at Burgernaya for a bite to eat while traveling. I liked everything. A convenient entrance, a friendly girl-waiter met at the entrance, quickly accepted the order and after a few minutes brought drinks. We ordered burgers and they turned out to be VERY tasty. We will definitely stop by again!

A beautiful hotel, excellent rooms, in which everything is thought out to the smallest detail, I was especially pleased with the placement of air conditioners, which, thank you, are not directed to the beds. The rooms are clean, good bedding, comfortable beds. A big thank you to the maids for their work! The pool area is very beautiful, clean, but the staff... it 's a nightmare. All vacation impressions were spoiled by the staff at the pool and at the pool bar. Apparently, they were recruited for work on the level of rudeness! You can 't open the umbrella, because there aren 't many vacationers, like, lie down somewhere else... I 'm sorry, but I paid the money, and I didn 't come to someone 's house and demand something there, and I have the right to choose the place where I feel comfortable. At the bar, you should not wait for hospitality and any suggestions for food or drinks. And when I was offered to add a variety of cocktails to the menu, because you can 't replace sprite with water, I was told that I should REPORT YOURSELF that they have their own list of drinks in the establishment. I appeal to the owners of the Lubenska Sloboda complex, you have luxurious rooms, a nice pool, but please do something about your staff and their rudeness to visitors, you have a really nice place, but all the good impressions are spoiled! We had the impression that we are not paying the money and should be served, but they are paying us, and do not ask for anything extra, because they will answer you lazily and with a sour face.... Judging by the previous reviews, we are not the only ones like that, but for some reason the management is not taking any action to fix it!

Vacationed with the family at the end of August. I liked everything: a stylish, tidy room with everything you need, a clean and warm pool, delicious food, a beautiful well-kept area. I was very surprised that the pool administrator makes sure that the aqua zone is not overcrowded. First, he looks to see if there are still free sunbeds, and then he only lets visitors in.
